Word to Your Mother

Mother's Day is one of my favorite holidays,
wanna know why?

It's not because I'm a mom (that's many, many years away!)
but it's because of how amazing my Mama is.

I am incredibly blessed to have had a mom who has become my best friend and who I know I can go to with anything.
She gives the best advice, the best hugs, and prays for me without me having to ask.

So Mother's Day is all about her and showering her with presents to let her know how appreciated she truly is, because I don't do it enough on a regular basis!

These are just a few of the ideas I came up with, when thinking about gifts my Mama would like.
Most importantly, you still have time to order all of these gifts (with the exception of that initial door hanger) and still get them in time for Mother's Day!

Photo Book:
Shutterfly photo books are my go-to gifts.
We're even using one for our wedding guest book!
They're quick and easy to put together, Shutterfly always has coupons and discounts, and your mom will cherish it forever!

Bucket Bag:
Mom's have a ton of stuff to carry around, so this bucket bag from Gigi New York is perfect.
This color is great for all seasons and you can even add her initials :)

iPad Stand:
If your mom spends a lot of time in the kitchen, then this is the gift for her!
If she doesn't have an iPad already-get her one, but the stand is perfect for her to use to watch videos, read recipes, or even FaceTime with you ;)
You can also add a sweet quote or her name on it.
(Mark & Graham also have great deals always!)

Philosophy Gift Set:
What mom doesn't deserve to soak in a bubble bath with great smelling products?
I don't know of any!
This contains shampoo, body wash, and bubble bath all in citrus scents that will leave Mom relaxed and rejuvenated.

Cookbook:
Once again, this is for mom's who love to be in the kitchen.
Ree Drummond is one of my favorite people to watch on Food Network & her cookbooks are great!
She has photos of each step in the process so it's easy to follow along.
You can pick these up at your local Target, so it's a great last minute gift.
Pick her up some dish towels or a nice platter too & make up a little gift basket, she'll never know it was last minute ;)

Initial Door Hanger:
This is probably the only gift that you couldn't order today & get it in time for Mother's Day.
But, it's still a good one-if your mom doesn't mind getting her gift a little later!
I love how these look on the door & the blue color is perfect for Spring & Summer.

I hope I helped y'all with a little last minute inspiration, if you didn't like any of those ideas. . .
Pick her up a bouquet and a pretty vase.
A mani and pedi gift certificate is sure to please.
A cooking class for the two of you at your local Sur la Table would be a fun mother-daughter/son date!
Give her coupons that offer to clean her house, run her errands, or cook supper for her one night.

What are you giving your Mama for Mother's Day?

Until next time. . .

xoxo,
